Vituity Cares is celebrating 7 years of impact in 18 communities and growing! To celebrate this momentous occasion, we are hosting Hearts United: Uplifting Communities with Health & Hope to celebrate and raise funds to continue supporting healthcare opportunities across the country. Join us on Saturday, October 26th in Chicago, IL to celebrate healthcare heroes making an impact across the U.S.!

In addition, we will be joined by some incredible speakers including opening remarks by Hasan Minhaj, event MC Franco Finn, and Vituity Cares awards presented to the Magic Johnson Foundation and the Justin Carr Wants World Peace Foundation.

Sponsorships are now available! This is a wonderful opportunity to reinvest in local communities and support equity in healthcare for individuals who need it most. Sponsorships provide a variety of opportunities before, during and after our event!

Connect with hundreds of individuals, including some of our volunteers who help make an impact all year long. Review our sponsorship packet and secure your sponsorship below:

The Justin Carr Wants World Peace Foundation (JCWWP), a 501(c)(3) organization, was established in honor and memory of Justin Carr, a young Renaissance man who wanted world peace and who loved the visual and performing arts. On February 22, 2013, at the age of 16, he died suddenly during swim practice at his school. Justin had an undiagnosed heart condition (cardiomyopathy), which resulted in his Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA). Learn more about JCWWP here.
